Magic Hands Car Wash of Ft Myers

I decided to treat my car to a full detailing, and I'm really glad I chose this place. They did an amazing job from the inside out. The interior looked incredibly clean, smelled fresh, and even some stubborn stains I had given up on were completely gone. It made the cabin feel comfortable and almost like new again. Outside, the difference was just as noticeable. The acid rain spots that had dulled the paint were removed, and my headlights went from cloudy and yellowish to crystal clear. It completely changed the appearance of the car and made it look much newer than before. What impressed me most was the level of care they put into every detail. Nothing felt rushed, and the final result exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a detailing service that truly delivers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

complaint about the car wash service: Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Car Wash Service on [Date] Dear magic hand car wash Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the car wash service I received today, [Date]. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of your services in the past. However, today's experience was far below the standards I have come to expect. The car wash appeared rushed and incomplete. Several areas were clearly missed, and the overall quality of the cleaning was sloppy. I noticed [mention specific examples, like "dirt still present on the lower panels," or "streaks on the windows"]. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering my loyalty as a frequent customer. I am also concerned about the apparent lack of attention to detail, which I attribute to the staff's inexperience or lack of motivation. While I understand the need for efficiency, it should not come at the expense of quality. Due to this disappointing experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to your car wash in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve the quality o

If I could give a zero, I would! Not only did they damage my floor mats and hide it there is no management. Horrible experience. My daughter was taken advantage of. Was given different prices than posted. Only to have my suv not properly detailed. When I was trying to rectify the issue I was told "no inglés" and a walk off. I wouldn't recommend going there. Horrible service!

This is a BAD business. No manager on site to resolve anything no one speaks any English . Overpriced for what they do but typically do a decent job so I continue to use them … Until today they left my car filthy. They kept trying to wash my vehicle again after I told them I only wanted a phone number for Someone in charge. I asked them not to touch the car seat and they did, and they moved everything around put Wet mats back in my car in the wrong place, Will never be using them again. other places are cheaper speak English and actually listen to you. $60 wasted would’ve done a better job myself. Go anywhere else
